FIRST Kickoff 2005 - Triple PlayJanuary 8, 2005
This years game was unveiled today, and it's basically tic-tac-toe! Using tetrahedron scoring pieces your robot will have to place them atop 9 large tetrahedron shaped goals to make rows of three. Your robot may also score the tetras underneath the goal. Some slight differences this year are a 120 pound max weight (without the battery), 28 by 38 by 60 inch robot max dimension, and a slightly larger playing field. For more info on this years game, visit www.usfirst.org. See these links for videos and the transcript from the 2005 Kickoff. So good luck FIRST teams, and let Gus' seventh year begin!
